As an Inbound Voice Process specialist, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer queries and providing exceptional customer service over the phone. You will need to accurately document customer interactions, provide product information or troubleshooting assistance, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service or a related field, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.

Qualification: UG/Graduate with 1 year experience
- Candidate should be fluent in Hindi and English (Versant Level 4)
- 6 Days working
- Rotational Shifts : (8 am - 8 pm) /9.hrs 45 mins
- 1 Rotational Off
CTC: Upto 29000/- per month
