The Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our growing recruiting team. In this role, you’ll be the engine behind a seamless hiring process—ensuring candidates and stakeholders have a best-in-class experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth and productive scheduling process
- Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR to support hiring needs




- Manage candidate communications, ensuring a high-quality, professional experience
- Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (Workday)
- Assist with job postings, offer processes, and onboarding coordination
- Track recruiting metrics and generate reports as needed
- Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience

What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with ATS platforms (Workday or similar preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
