Qualification: Graduation (Preferably Electrical Engineering)





Experience: 10 to 15 years of experience in Facility Management and Administration in manufacturing industry.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the administration functions across all offices / locations in India.
- Manage the administration functions of the company like travel, transport, Visa, Security, Guesthouses, Housekeeping, Office management etc.
- Responsible for the Capital & Expense budget.
- Achieve financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs; analyzing variances.
- To initiate and manage the contracts related to Administration function.
- Responsible for proper Asset Inventory management and maintenance of all office equipment’s including periodic preventive maintenance.
