Tasks & Responsibilities
- Visit Customers/ distributers drive sales and collect receivable for the allocated region.
- Present sales, revenue, and realistic forecasts to the Country management team.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with customers and understanding their needs.
- Identify emerging business development opportunities while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company's share at key accounts. Coordinate with Projects,



Application, and Support teams to discuss and solve customer challenges.
- Engage at multiple levels and build brand value and rapport amongst key stakeholders at customer organizations.
- Conduct brand promotion activities, seminars, and product training programs at customer locations.
- Participate in new product trials, troubleshooting activities, and documentation in coordination with Country management and HMS design support.
- Perform customer mapping and maintain customer profile details for strategy implementation.
- Negotiate with direct customers and channel partners to secure business orders.
- Coordinate with external and internal teams regarding payment follow-ups, order booking, and related business issues.
- Implement business contracts as per customer terms and conditions.
