- Manage Windows, MDM, MAM, and handheld devices using Microsoft Intune.
- Perform updates and patch management for Windows operating systems.
- Develop and manage device policies and application mappings.
- Use SCCM for managing Windows endpoint devices, including patching, testing, and deployment.
- Oversee the deployment, management, and updating of Windows operating systems.
- Detect, manage, and resolve device compliance issues.
- Utilize PowerShell for scripting and automation tasks.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Windows as a service (WAAS), and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
- Ensure device and application compliance, streamline OS updates, and maintain productive device management protocols.
