The Application Support Engineer, Bio Pharma– CSD Division will be responsible for providing technical and application support for Agilent's Chemistries and Supplies Division (CSD) portfolio, including chromatography columns, sample preparation products, consumables, reagents, and biopharma workflow solutions. The role focuses on enabling customer success through application consulting, method optimization support, troubleshooting, customer training, and close collaboration with sales, service, and product teams.
The successful candidate will possess solid analytical chemistry knowledge, hands-on experience with Bio-Pharma workflows,



excellent problem-solving capabilities, and a customer-centric mindset. This position plays a critical role in helping customers maximize the performance and value of Agilent CSD products while driving customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Application & Technical Support
- Provide application consultation and solutions for biopharmaceutical customers.
- Good working experience and knowledge about Biopharma workflows like proteins, peptides, mAbs, antibody-drug conjugates, oligonucleotides, glycans, amino acids etc.
- Provide guidance for biopharma characterization and impurity-monitoring needs such as aggregate analysis, charge variants, intact and subunit analysis, peptide mapping, glycan analysis, and related critical quality attribute workflows.
