We are looking for an SAP professional to join our team As an SAP professional you should
have the ability to analyze technical/functional needs and work with the customers to
create/ define the project scope and the execution plans.
Working on multiple customers concurrently will have an advantage.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Has worked in application support understands adherence SLAs Experience in
writing functional specification and working in onshore and offshore delivery
model
- Should be able to conduct requirement gathering and solution design
workshops
- Passion for learning recent things Taking the complete ownership of the project
and be a role model for the juniors
- Experience in designing technical solutions
- Implanting CRs (Change Requests)
- Very good knowledge of SAP Configuration in CRM Sales, Service and Marketing
- CRM base customizing, IC agent, middleware
- Very good knowledge of integration with ECC
- Deep understanding of SAP architecture, including OSS notes and support
packages
- Exposure to defining integration scenarios, Web Services, ESOA framework
- Deep programming knowledge in SAP CRM, Web UI, SAP CRM Backend, SAP
Workflow, SAP ABAP and debugging skills
- Good understanding of SAP ASAP and Agile methodologies
Requirements
SAP Professionals Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 8 to 10 years of experience in SAP
- Ability to work in a multi-functional team environment and influence others
that impact success
- Experience creating and delivering presentations on project related work to
team members, management, and customers
- Flexibility to adjust regular business hours to the needs of global customers
