Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, high-performing Regional Sales Manager – Enterprise to drive business growth across South India, based out of Bengaluru. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding strategic enterprise accounts, positioning comprehensive Trellix Solutions, securing high renewal retention, and accelerating growth through cross-sell/up-sell initiatives, competitive displacements, and acquiring net-new enterprise logos.

Deep, active CXO networks and direct sales experience across the Bengaluru and broader South India enterprise ecosystem.

About Role
- Define and execute a regional sales plan to maximize revenue growth, market share, and enterprise penetration across South India
- Position the full suite of Trellix Solutions as a business-critical platform to address complex enterprise cyber risks and IT security challenges.
- Aggressively pursue net-current logo acquisition and competitive displacements while driving cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Drive high renewal retention rates across the assigned account base to protect recurring revenue and minimize churn.
- Establish and nurture long-term, trusted executive relationships (CISO, CIO, CTO, CFO) using a consultative, solution-selling approach.
