Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in Vendor Management, Supplier Management, Outsourcing Governance, Procurement, Contract Management, or Managed Services.
- Experience managing large and complex outsourcing relationships valued at multiple millions of dollars annually.
- Solid understanding of commercial contracts, SLAs, KPIs, governance structures, and service management principles.
- Experience in managing IT Services, HR Outsourcing (HRO), Finance & Accounting (F&A;), BPO, or Shared Services contracts.
- Demonstrated experience in contract negotiations, renewals, benchmarking, and dispute resolution.
- Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a Global Capability Center (GCC), Shared Services, or multinational environment.
- Knowledge of supplier governance platforms such as GovernX, Sirion, ServiceNow,



SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar tools.
- Experience leveraging AI and automation solutions within vendor management processes.
- Familiarity with outsourcing transitions, transformations, and operating model redesign.
- Professional certifications such as:
- ITIL
- PMP
- Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM)
