Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with the company’s objectives, vision, and values, advising senior management on HR implications of business decisions
Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and succession planning to ensure the organization has the right talent for current and future needs
Optimizing Workforce Utilization: Ensuring employees with the right skills are in the right positions at the right time
Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions, fostering a positive work setting
Performance and Development:



Manage performance appraisal systems, identify training needs, and implement development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement
Compliance and Policy Management: Ensure adherence to labor laws at Project Sites, internal policies, and HR best practices, minimizing legal risks
Compensation and Benefits: Oversee pay plans, benefits programs, and incentive structures to maintain competitiveness and alignment with organizational goals
