E banking ( Domestic process ) – Inbound /Outbound process-

Designation: Customer Support Voice – Domestic
Positions Open - 20 nos

Job Description/Eligible Criteria:

* Graduation mandatory
* 6 Days working
* Rotational Week Off
* Rotational shifts (24/7). (No Cab provided)
* Minimum 6 months’ experience in any BPO.
* Language- English and Hindi mandatory. (Versant & above quality)
*Work Location –TP Chennai, Ambattur IT park, Chennai.
* Salary – 24K CTC (21K take home).
* Immediate Joiners preferred.

Round Of Interviews:

1. HR Round
2. Versant Assessment (Versant 5 & above)
3. Ops Round (Virtual for Outstation candidates)
4. Client Round (Virtual for Outstation candidates)

Advantages for Outstation Candidates ( Eligibility only for this month joiners)

1. One-way Travel- Immediate joiners only.
2. One week accommodation – Only for out of station candidates.
