Install and deploy network architecture to address local (LAN), wide area (WAN), and Azure data network needs. Configure and deploy hardware and third-party cloud network connections and services.
• Troubleshoot complex network performance issues, analyze packet captures and logs.
• Coordinate with data network solution providers to design enterprise network topology, routing, and service levels.
• Implement appropriate alert and response runbooks across various network platforms, ensuring optimal operation.
• Follow Incident, Problem Management, and CAB protocols.
• Oversee plans to ensure network capacity meets existing and future requirements and preform regular capacity planning exercises, including disaster recovery planning.
