Must-Have
• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components
• Proficiency in Apex programming, triggers, and batch classes
• Good experience with SOQL/SOSL queries and data modeling
• Strong exposure to Salesforce Lightning Platform (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud)
• Experience in building reusable components and UI customization
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP API integrations (external systems integration)
• Knowledge of Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, sharing rules)
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Bitbucket, Jenkins)
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum) and JIRA
Good-to-Have
• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud / Communities
• Knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) (preferred for BFSI domain)
• Exposure to Lightning Design System (SLDS) and UI/UX best practices
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II)
• Experience with middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi)
• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks and up-to-date front-end concepts

1 Design and develop scalable UI solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC)
