- Deciding on proper engineering techniques and milestone sequences for each project stage.
- monitor day-to-day work progress for a project and provide accurate weekly and monthly reports by swiftly communicating potential progress delays or project slippages.
- analyze expenses and identify opportunities to save cost.
- Increase awareness of other project staff regarding providing input, calculations and estimations and comprehension of the output
- Coordination with client and consultant for efficient execution of work
- Manpower and resource Scheduling, Cost Estimation for Material and Labour Verification and submission of Contractor bills.
- Contracts management and Team Management.
- Conduct inspection and documentation of all executed works.
- Proficiency in designing Single Line Drawings (SLD) of projects

- * Should have good knowledge of operations, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Fire Hydrant, Fire Sprinkler System, Fire Detection System.




- Should be well conversant with Fire Rules / norms of PMRDA / MIDC and relevant authority norms.
- Should have good knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Shall be able to make changes in the drawings as per Site Installation.

Valuable Knowledge of Excel and Word (MS Office)

Good Communication. Shall able to explain / justify/ Training of Fire installation to the client.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
