Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Management & Customer Service:

Establish and strengthen relationships with allocated customers

Ensure customer retention from the assigned "Book of Relations"

Act as a single point of contact for customer inquiries, queries, and complaints

Understand customers' financial goals and provide financial planning assistance

Conduct competition analysis to offer professional advice

Fix daily self-appointments from the provided customer database as per campaigns

Sales Responsibilities:

Focus on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within allocated customers

Ensure completion of licensing as per company standards

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience: 0 to 1.5 years in Sales of

Insurance / Mutual Funds / CASA / Investments / Loans / Real Estate

Age: 20 to 25 years

Education: Graduate preferred

Must own a conveyance
