Position Overview

Fusion is one of Autodesk’s fastest growing businesses, and India is a critical market for accelerating that momentum across APAC. We are hiring a Fusion Sales Manager for India to lead Fusion Land and Fusion Expansion sellers across the country. These teams drive new customer acquisition and growth within existing Fusion accounts, making this role central to the continued growth of the Fusion business in India.

This is a frontline sales leadership role for someone who knows how to build and develop high-performing sales teams, coach sellers in the field, and operate effectively in a fast-growing and dynamic market.



You will work closely with Autodesk’s Sales Leadership in India and across APAC, while reporting directly to the Japan-based leader responsible for Fusion Sales across APAC.

Responsibilities
- Lead Fusion Land and Expansion sellers across India, setting transparent expectations and driving performance through coaching, development, and accountability
- Drive consistent execution across new customer acquisition and expansion motions to achieve Fusion revenue and growth targets in India
- Actively engage in customer conversations, deal strategy, and pipeline development while coaching sellers to move beyond product selling and engage customers around business challenges and outcomes
