How You’ll Spend Your Day
- Perform Subject Matter Expert role; providing knowledge and expertise; helping to resolve issues and challenges faced by the team
- May also perform Lead Data Manager role; oversee/ drive the DM deliverables for the project, communications with the stakeholders, ensuring adherence to timelines
- Utilize therapeutic knowledge and possess a deep understanding of the technology used to review data to ensure database deliverables are consistent and accurate




- Overall responsible for resource allocation and delivery of studies on time with quality
- Build up the system, process & standards for Clinical Data Management activities
- Develop SOPs, work-instructions, work-flow as per regulatory requirements & global standards using good Clinical Data Management practices
- Perform quality checks on the activities performed by peers
- Review study documentation archival
- Analyze & maintain quality trackers; provide status and metrics details to Senior Clinical Data Management on regular basis
- Hiring, training and mentoring of new or existing team members in the CDM unit
- Proactive participation in appropriate project/ functional/ organizational meetings and initiatives
- Participates in the review of cross-functional procedures
- Continuous improvement of functional processes and procedures to ensure DM is consistently maximizing efficiencies
- May indirectly supervise the work of junior members of the project t
