Job Summary
We are looking for a self‑driven People Operations Lead to take full ownership of talent acquisition and core HR operations. This is a high‑ownership role where you will work directly with the founders and senior management to shape hiring, culture, and people processes in a quick‑paced startup environment. The ideal candidate will have 2–7 years of experience in HR with a strong focus on recruitment, preferably in a startup or small organization (under 100 people). You will have support from external recruitment agencies as and when required and full access to AI‑first people and HR platforms to streamline hiring, engagement, and operations.
