We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team and drive the identification, engagement, and hiring of high-quality technical talent. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise as a Technical Recruiter, with hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technology roles. This role requires excellent sourcing skills, strong candidate engagement capabilities, and the ability to work closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand and fulfill hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements and sourcing candidates to screening, interviewing coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
- Source and identify qualified candidates for technical positions through LinkedIn, job portals,



professional networks, referrals, databases, and other talent channels.
- Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand technical requirements, team structures, role expectations, and candidate profiles.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and evaluate candidates based on technical experience, relevant skills, career progression, communication, and organizational fit.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future technology hiring requirements.
- Handle multiple technical requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality, turnaround time, and candidate experience.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams, ensuring smooth communication throughout the selection process.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, feedback collection, salary discussions, offer negotiations, and joining formalities.
