Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager (Animation Sales) is responsible for driving the growth of the animation services division by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities. The role involves developing strategic relationships with clients in various industries (e.g., entertainment, advertising, gaming, education), promoting animation services, and collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:




- Identify potential clients and market opportunities in animation services across sectors such as film, TV, advertising, and gaming.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through networking, industry events, and digital outreach.
- Engage with decision-makers to present animation services, including 2D/3D animation, VFX, motion graphics, and other creative solutions.
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Formulate and implement a business development strategy to achieve revenue goals.
- Conduct presentations, client meetings, and negotiations to secure recent business.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in collaboration with the production and creative teams.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Animation, or a related field (MBA preferred).
