Job Description:
The Talent Attraction Partner is a hands-on recruiting position responsible for delivering full-cycle recruitment support across EMEA and APAC. This role will manage sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination,
and stakeholder communication for positions in multilingual and multicultural environments.
The Talent Attraction Partner will support Greif’s global Talent Attraction model by providing market knowledge, recruiting expertise, and strong candidate and stakeholder engagement. The role requires an understanding of local labor markets, employment practices, cultural expectations, and language nuances to ensure Greif’s hiring processes are competitive, compliant, and effectively adapted to regional needs. This position will also contribute to the continued growth and consistency of Talent Attraction support across EMEA and APAC.
