ParallelDots builds ShelfWatch, an AI-powered retail execution and shelf monitoring platform used by Fortune 500 CPG brands across 50+ countries. Our computer vision models turn shelf photos into SKU-level data on availability, share of shelf, planogram compliance, and pricing, delivered to field reps and HQ fast enough to act on during the store visit. Clients include Colgate, Haleon, and Beam Suntory.
We are expanding our largest accounts. Several clients have proven ShelfWatch in one market and are now looking at more countries, more users, and a move from contemporary trade into traditional trade or vice versa. We are hiring a Strategic Account Manager to own these accounts commercially and drive them from a successful first deployment into full multi-market rollout.
Position Summary
The main responsibility of this Account Manager is to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders at each account and own those relationships commercially.
You will align with the client on success criteria for each phase and pull the right resources from across ParallelDots (Project Management, Data Science, Product) to deliver against them. You will not rely on a dedicated data analyst to find your pitch; as an AI-native operator, you will autonomously leverage data to build business cases for expansion.
