Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Manager to join our growing B2B eCommerce company. This individual will play a key role in managing the company’s financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, The ideal candidate will have robust financial acumen, preferably in eCommerce business models, and a deep understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and analyse of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L;,



Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Prepare financial statements are accurate, timely, and in compliance with relevant accounting standards (IGAAP).
- Develop ad-hoc reports for senior management, highlighting financial performance, variances, and trends.
- Ensure balance sheet reconciliations shared timely and accurately.
- Cash Flow and Working Capital Management:
- Monitor cash flow, ensuring the company has sufficient liquidity to meet its operational needs.
- Analyze working capital requirements and provide recommendations for improving cash flow efficiency.
- Oversee the management of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring timely collections and payments.
- Financial Compliance and Risk Management:
