About the Role

AWS is looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to join our Developer Transformation team in India. You'll work with some of India's largest enterprises, ISVs, GSIs, and FSI organizations to help their engineering teams fundamentally change how they build software — using AI as the catalyst for productivity improvements.

This is a customer-facing technical role at the intersection of architecture, hands-on coding, and executive engagement. You'll spend most of your time in complex enterprise environments, convincing skeptical engineering leaders that AI coding tools are worth the change management effort, then proving it hands-on with their teams. You'll guide engineering organizations comprising thousands of developers to adopt AI-augmented development practices — helping them rethink their SDLC, adopt AI coding tools and agents at scale, and build the culture that makes the transformation stick.

What we need: a solid solutions architect who can code credibly, earn trust with developers, communicate at the CXO level,

and think strategically about how large organizations evolve their engineering practices in the AI era.

Why This Role

• Shape the future of software development — you'll define how large enterprises adopt AI across their entire SDLC, not just code generation
• Impact at scale — your work touches organizations of all sizes from of 50 to 50K developers
• Global peer community — access to a worldwide team pioneering how software gets built in the AI era
• Executive exposure — direct C-level relationships at Fortune 500 companies across one of the world's largest tech markets
• Space to create — build tools, publish content, and influence AWS product roadmaps with your customer insights
• Innovation mandate — contribute to research and "Think Big" initiatives that push the boundary of what's possible
