By managing end-to-end accounting processes and collaborating with finance teams worldwide, you help maintain the smooth flow of financial information that supports better food production and distribution. Your work directly impacts how we measure and improve our performance in kitchens and markets around the globe.

What you'll do
- Execute month-end close activities and prepare journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations, investigate variances,



and resolve outstanding items to maintain data integrity.
- Manage end-to-end accounting processes within the Record to Report cycle, delivering timely and high-quality financial records.
- Collaborate with Country Financial Controllers and cross-functional teams to support compliance with accounting policies and controls.
- Identify and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.

Performance
You will own the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, contributing to operational excellence and continuous improvement. Your data-driven approach will support key performance indicators such as on-time month-end close and error-free reconciliations. By delivering reliable financial information, you enable better strategic decisions that drive growth and strengthen Flora Food Group’s market position.
