We are now looking for an ambitious and energetic Regional Sales Head to lead the graphics business in West India for UPM Adhesive Materials. This position is located in Mumbai, India.

What you will do
- Drive sales growth and overall business performance across the West India region
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue, profitability and growth targets
- Build specifications with end users across key industry segments
- Develop and manage channel partners, distributors and converting partners
- Promote solution-based selling by leveraging product strengths and customer needs
- Gather market intelligence on new business opportunities, industry trends and competitor activities
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline while delivering accurate sales forecasts
- Strengthen the UPM Metamark brand and manage stakeholder relationships across the value chain
