Job Title: Key Account Executive – HoReCa

Location: Noida

Role Overview:The Key Account Executive – HoReCa is responsible for driving sales,

building strategic partnerships, and managing relationships with key HoReCa clients

including hotels, restaurants, cafés, pubs, and catering businesses. The role combines

strategic account management with solid on-ground execution through structured planning,

outlet coverage, and disciplined reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Account Management

 Manage and grow a portfolio of key HoReCa accounts (QSR chains, fine dine, pubs,

hotels).

 Build strong relationships with decision-makers (Purchase Managers, F&B; Heads,

Owners, Chefs).

 Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

2. Business Development

 Identify and acquire new HoReCa accounts in assigned territory.

 Drive listings, menu placements, and visibility across outlets.

 Develop tailored proposals and negotiate commercial agreements.

3. Sales & Revenue Growth

 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.





 Increase share of business within existing accounts.

 Drive volume growth through activations, promotions, and upselling.

4. Route Planning & Field Execution (PJP & Beat Planning)

 Develop and execute a Permanent Journey Plan (PJP) to ensure structured and

efficient market coverage.

 Create beat plans aligned to account priority (A/B/C classification) and business

potential.

 Ensure weekly outlet coverage targets are met across assigned territory.

 Plan visits basis business objectives: order generation, relationship building, visibility

checks, and new listings

5. Execution Excellence and Marketing activations

 Drive availability, visibility, and merchandising standards at outlets.

 Monitor stock levels and coordinate with distributors/supply chain for replenishment.

 Track competitor activity, pricing, and placements in each outlet.

 Plan and execute in-outlet promotions, Tastings, Menu integration and
