We are looking for an Associate Director – Sales to drive new business acquisition and build strategic partnerships with app publishers, growth teams, and marketing leaders across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development by identifying and onboarding high-potential app advertisers across categories such as fintech, gaming, e-commerce, and consumer apps.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Build strong relationships with growth, marketing, and performance teams at leading app companies.
- Evangelize the value of Apple Ads and Newton’s technology platform for user acquisition and growth.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including account management, optimization, and product to ensure strong campaign performance and client satisfaction.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Stay up to date with trends in the mobile advertising ecosystem,
particularly in performance marketing and iOS user acquisition.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B sales within the adtech / martech / mobile advertising ecosystem in India.
- Strong understanding of mobile advertising fundamentals, including performance marketing, user acquisition, and common industry terminologies.
- Proven track record of closing deals and building long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (both spoken and written).
- Confident, energetic, and highly extroverted personality with strong client-facing ability.
- A self-starter and go-getter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience selling to app marketers, growth teams, or digital marketing leaders is a solid plus.
