Senior directors serve as leaders within Gartner’s Business and Technology Insights (BTI) group, establishing themselves as a credible voice within their area of expertise. Using exceptional analytical skills, Senior directors produce pragmatic and provocative insights that Gartner clients consume and apply to support their priorities. Analysts are a trusted source of advice for clients, reinforcing Gartner’s value every day by engaging them via virtual and in-person interactions, sales support visits and Gartner conferences to discuss complex client challenges and offer appropriate recommendations. As more seasoned members of the analyst team, senior directors also play a role in supporting junior analyst development and leading research discussions and collaboration.
