HR SALES MIS – JOB DESCRIPTION

Role Summary The HR Sales MIS role is responsible for the end-to-end management of sales-related HR data. The focus is on tracking sales force performance, calculating incentives and commissions, and providing data-driven insights to help the sales organization meet its targets while ensuring compliance and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Data and Performance Management

Maintain a database of sales employees, including sales targets, territory mapping, and reporting lines.

Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics for HR and management review.

Validate sales achievement data to ensure accurate calculation of variable pay.

Incentive and Commission Administration

Calculate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales incentives based on approved structures.

Coordinate with the Finance and Payroll teams to ensure timely payout of commissions.

Handle queries from the sales team regarding incentive calculations and payouts.

Reporting and Dashboards

Prepare MIS reports on sales force productivity, attrition,



and hiring trends.

Create dashboards to visualize sales performance versus manpower costs.

Provide ad-hoc analysis on sales team ROI and performance-linked pay trends.

System and Process Management

Manage sales-specific modules within the HRMS or CRM platforms.

Automate manual tracking processes using Excel or reporting tools to reduce errors.

Ensure that the sales hierarchy and mapping are updated in the system in real-time.

Compliance and Audit

Ensure sales incentive plans align with company policy and legal requirements.

Maintain documentation for audit trails related to variable pay and performance bonuses.

Assist in internal audits by providing accurate sales force data and payout history.

Required Skills and Competencies

Technical Skills
