Summary Role Profile/Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a Java Developer with 2–5 years of experience and exposure to the NBFC/BFSI domain, capable of developing and supporting integration-heavy systems. The ideal candidate should have solid Java development skills, hands-on experience with Linux and MySQL, and the ability to work with multiple external vendors through APIs and system integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend applications and integration services
- Build and support API integrations with external vendors (KYC, Bureau, DigiLocker, Payment, etc.)
- Coordinate with vendor technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues
- Perform database operations including query writing, performance tuning,
and data validation using MySQL
- Deploy and support applications in Linux environments
- Monitor application health and proactively identify issues
- Handle production issues, root cause analysis, and fixes
- Track tasks, bugs, and enhancements using JIRA
- Maintain source code using Git repositories following best practices
- Ensure secure and compliant integration as per NBFC standards
Skill Sets Required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Java development
- Strong knowledge of Core Java, OOPs concepts, and exception handling
- Experience working in Linux/Unix environments
- Good understanding of MySQL (queries, joins, indexing, performance tuning)
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and system integrations
- Experience using JIRA for issue and task tracking
- Working knowledge of Git or similar version control tools
- Understanding of NBFC/BFSI domain p
