About Filmbaker

Filmbaker is a creative production company focused on creating impactful visual content and building innovative media experiences. We are looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Manager who understands content, trends, storytelling, and digital media.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage and grow Filmbaker’s presence across social media platforms.
- Create engaging content ideas for posts, reels, videos, stories, and campaigns.
- Develop content calendars and plan social media activities.
- Stay updated with trending content, formats, creators, and platform updates.
- Work closely with the creative and production teams to develop engaging social media content.
- Write creative captions and contribute to content storytelling.
- Support social media marketing campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
- Manage the publishing and scheduling of content across platforms.
- Monitor social media performance, engagement, and audience growth.
- Interact with the online community and help strengthen Filmbaker's digital presence.
- Bring fresh, creative ideas that align with Filmbaker’s brand and content vision.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in Social Media Management, Content Creation, Digital Marketing,



or Media.
- Robust understanding of platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant social media channels.
- Excellent content creation and creative thinking skills.
- Good understanding of social media marketing and digital trends.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand visual storytelling and creative content.
- Interest in media, filmmaking, content creation, and digital culture.
- Basic knowledge of analytics and social media performance metrics.

Bonus Skills

- Basic video editing or graphic design skills.
- Experience with content creation tools.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and digital campaigns.
- A strong understanding of trending reels, videos, and internet culture.
