Kedia Group is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage end-to-end HR operations for our FMCG business.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle.
- Handle recruitment, selection, onboarding & manpower planning.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination & HR records.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs & processes.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters & conflict resolution.
- Drive employee engagement, retention & performance management.
- Coordinate with HODs for manpower planning and workforce requirements.
- Ensure labour law & statutory compliance.
- Manage performance appraisals, KPI & employee development.
- Prepare and monitor HR MIS and management reports.
- Support business growth through effective HR strategies and workforce management.
Candidate Requirements
- Mandatory:
Prior experience as an HR Manager in the FMCG industry.
- 3–8 years of overall HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, payroll, compliance & employee relations.
- Experience in managing a large and diverse workforce.
- Solid leadership, communication & interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office and HRMS/MIS systems.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes and documentation.
- Immediate joiners / candidates serving short notice will be preferred.
