About the role
As a Solution Architect – Qualified Services, you will play a key role in delivering successful customer implementations by translating business requirements into scalable and efficient solutions within the Shippeo platform. This customer-facing role combines business consulting, solution architecture, and technical configuration to help customers optimize their supply chain operations.
Operating within a structure of "leadership without authority," you will excel at coordinating across five cross-functional squads to ensure seamless project execution. You will serve as the primary technical contact for our customers, orchestrating value from the pre-sales phase straight through to project handover.
