Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents

Train and motivate agents to generate business

Drive life insurance sales through the agency network

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets

Provide support in policy issuance and customer servicing

Conduct regular meetings and field visits with agents

Ensure compliance with company policies
Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Graduate
-
Experience: 1–3 years in Life Insurance sales (Agency Channel preferred)

Good communication and team handling skills
-
Local market knowledge required
