Duties
- Configure, maintain, and optimize the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module, including business rules, workflows, and metadata framework.
- Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements, analyze HR processes, and translate them into system solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues within Employee Central, providing Tier 2/3 support as needed.
- Conduct thorough testing of system changes in preview and production environments, ensuring data integrity and process optimization.
- Document configuration changes for stakeholders.
- Support mass data uploads into Employee Central as needed.
- Participate in cross-functional projects, collaborating with technology and business teams to deliver solutions.
