dedicated to supporting Private Market Operations globally. The team covers a very wide range of activities, from UW and performance measurement to Investors reporting, including data governance and management.

Your Role
- Lead and manage multiple teams within our Private Market Operations function in Hyderabad (Performance, Research, Operations, Marketing, UW, etc).
- This role is pivotal in driving strategic direction, operational excellence, and talent development across the business.
- The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, deep domain expertise, and a team-oriented mindset to support our global growth and transformation agenda.
