Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Estimation & Proposals Engineer with expertise in Waste Heat Boilers (WHRB) and Control & Instrumentation (C&I;) estimation to support techno-commercial proposal preparation, cost estimation, and bid execution.

The incumbent will be responsible for preparing accurate techno-commercial estimates and proposals for Waste Heat Boiler projects, including associated Control & Instrumentation (C&I;) systems. The role requires close coordination with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, finance, planning, and project execution teams to develop competitive bids while ensuring technical compliance and cost optimization.





Experience in EPC/OEM organizations involved in Waste Heat Boilers, Fired Heaters, Heat Recovery Systems, or industrial boiler projects will be preferred. Experience in estimating complete boiler packages along with C&I; scope will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Proposal & Tender Management:
- Review customer RFQs, tender specifications, datasheets, P&IDs;, BOQs, and commercial requirements.
- Prepare complete techno-commercial proposals for Waste Heat Boiler packages and associated C&I; systems.
- Identify technical deviations, exclusions, qualifications, and commercial risks.
- Coordinate bid clarification meetings with customers and internal stakeholders.

Cost Estimation:
- Review Bills of Material (BOM), technical specifications, and approved vendor lists received from Engineering and Marketing.
