The Head of Vyaparplus Business at Muthoot Fincorp drives strategy, execution and growth across Kirana program. The role ensures profitability by onboarding channels viz FMCG, Third party, Distributor channel while fostering customer-centricity and service excellence. Responsibilities include P&L; of the kirana program and manage the revenue targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive P&L; Growth
- Achieve annual AUM growth targets in alignment with Muthoot Fincorp’s strategic goals.
- Meet or exceed loan disbursal volumes for each product category, driving revenue and market share.
- Ensure consistent profitability growth by balancing topline growth with cost efficiency and risk management.
- Set annual business plans and budgets with clearly defined growth and profitability targets.

Strategic Planning and Conceptualization
- Conduct thorough research on the Kirana ecosystem to understand the challenges Kirana face in financing, working capital, and growth support.
- Analyze competitor offerings and emerging trends like fintech integrations, digital lending,



and embedded finance to design creative solutions.
- Conceptualize products that provide financing across the supply chain
- Develop and execute strategies to onboard Kirana and retain them through loyalty programs, competitive pricing, and exceptional service.

Operational Excellence and Collections
- Set up workflows for seamless coordination between product, technology, operations, and customer service teams.
- Ensure seamless upload of LMS files on system and accurate reconciliation of data
- Implement advanced data analytics to optimize business and risk assessment
- Implement analytics-driven tools and models to identify potential delinquencies early, based on borrower behavior, industry trends, and economic conditions.

Partner and Stakeholder Management
- Identify fintech companies, NBFCs, and technology solution providers that align with Muthoot’s mission to provide value-added services to Kiranas.
