We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors / SAP US Payroll Consultant to lead and support end-to-end payroll delivery and configuration for large-scale global projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP/SF US Payroll, payroll compliance, integrations, and business process transformation.

This role requires deep understanding of HCM processes across multiple modules, solid stakeholder management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional global teams to ensure successful project delivery and high client satisfaction.

Experience Required
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in SAP/SF Payroll (US Payroll)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead successful end-to-end delivery and payroll configuration for large-scale global implementations
- Analyze, map, and transform HR business processes
- Conduct process discovery sessions, document “as-is” processes, and design “to-be” solutions
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and recommend suitable SAP/
