Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Team Lead who can take ownership of the marketing function and lead the team effectively. This role is ideal for someone who goes beyond execution and has the maturity, ownership, and leadership skills to independently manage the marketing team and drive initiatives from planning to execution.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading people, driving marketing campaigns and projects, setting priorities,
ensuring timely execution, and maintaining the overall quality of work. They should be comfortable making decisions, solving problems, delegating responsibilities, and holding the team accountable for deliverables.
