Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA) and Global Scientific Communications (GSC) together own how Lilly's medicines move through health authority review, stay compliant once approved, and get communicated externally — spanning regulatory submissions, labelling, clinical trial disclosures,



and scientific publications. Both functions operate under strict compliance and audit-readiness requirements.

The Technical Lead Architect (R5), GRA/GSC reimagines and transforms existing regulatory and scientific communications workflows into intelligent, agentic, AI-driven processes across the Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA) and Global Scientific Communications (GSC) portfolio. This role is split 70% hands-on technical execution including coding and 30% strategy, and shapes the future technology landscape across regulatory, scientific communications, data, content, and digital capabilities — aligning business strategy with technology investment, AI innovation, and architecture to drive operational excellence, compliance, and scalable growth.
