- Daily Operations: Oversee day-to-day business functions, ensuring workflows run smoothly and meet service level metrics.
- Process Improvement: Analyze operational data and workflows to identify inefficiencies, recommend solutions, and implement best practices.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure the workplace complies with industry regulations, company policies, and occupational health and safety standards.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate performance reports, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and present findings to senior management.
