Role Overview

Field-based role involving maintenance coordination, site visits, document follow-ups and local errands. Basic maintenance/repair support may be required. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

- Visit government offices, banks and sites for follow-ups.
- Coordinate with plumbers, electricians, carpenters and technicians.
- Assist with basic maintenance and repair work.
- Purchase/pick up required materials and documents.
- Share site updates, photos and videos through WhatsApp.
- Maintain basic bills and receipts.
- Travel within Hoskote and occasionally other parts of Bangalore.

Requirements

- Own two-wheeler + valid driving licence – Mandatory
- Kannada – Mandatory
- Hoskote/nearby candidates preferred.
- Basic smartphone/Google Maps knowledge.
- Freshers can apply.




- Basic electrical/plumbing knowledge is an advantage.

Probation Period: 1 month

Pay: ₹180,837.33 - ₹230,003.84 per year
