About The Role
- Client is hiring a Sr. Analyst on the Global Sales Compensation team. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a well-funded company in hyper-growth mode.

You will execute on critical monthly deliverables while also assisting with the continuous improvement of tools, processes, and procedures that allow Client to continue to rapidly scale.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the administration of our incentive compensation programs for our Sales teams worldwide.
- Ensure timely and accurate calculation of commission payments and presentation of commission statements utilizing Xactly.
- Manage and configure data in Xactly such as quotas, employee starts/stops and LOAs, and ensure utmost accuracy by building/running validation reports.
- Support our commissions inquiry process through prompt handling of tickets and informed and thoughtful responses.
- Collaborate with colleagues in Finance, Sales, Revenue Operations, and HR to solve administrative challenges.
- Drive operational efficiency in the sales compensation process.
- Prepare and distribute sales plan documents and track through completion.
