Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers/experienced to join as Customer Support Executives. The role involves handling customer queries and providing excellent service over calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Resolve customer queries in a timely manner
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude
- Record customer interactions in the system
- Provide accurate information about products/services
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers or experienced
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic computer knowledge
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
