?‍? Position: In-Shop Promoter (JBP)

? Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, in-store promotion, or customer service.

• Experience in Paints, Hardware, Building Materials, Adhesives, Cement, Plywood, Sanitaryware, Electricals, or Home Improvement products will be preferred.

? Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Dulux products at assigned retail stores.

• Assist customers in selecting the right paint products.

• Build relationships with painters, contractors & influencers.





• Achieve monthly sales targets.

• Ensure proper product display, merchandising & brand visibility.

• Share market & competitor feedback with the reporting manager.

? Eligibility:

• 10th / 12th Pass.

• 0–3 years of experience in retail sales/promoter roles. Freshers can also apply.

• Valuable communication & customer-handling skills.

• Sales-oriented attitude.

• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
