✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment, Field Recruitment, or Field Sales

✅ Candidates from any Field Sales background can apply

✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Ability to source and coordinate candidates for hiring requirements

Job Responsibilities

Conduct field recruitment activities and candidate sourcing

Generate candidate leads through various channels

Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements

Coordinate interviews and follow-ups

Maintain recruitment records and reports

Build relationships with candidates and local hiring networks
