About MyDream GlobalMyDream Global is an international fashion, media, entertainment and pageant organization working across India and the USA.

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to handle sales calls, lead follow-ups and customer conversions.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to leads and prospective customers.
- Handle incoming enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Explain our pageants, fashion shows, auditions, events, participation packages and other opportunities.
- Follow up regularly with interested leads.
- Convert leads into registrations and sales.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer records.
- Meet daily calling and monthly sales targets.
- Build relationships with participants, clients, partners and potential customers.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations team.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and follow-up reports.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.




- Handle customer questions professionally and provide appropriate information.
- Requirements1–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, business development or lead conversion preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident and comfortable making a high volume of calls.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and CRM systems.
- Candidates from events, fashion, beauty, media, education, hospitality or sales backgrounds are welcome.
