We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Loan Processing Executive to drive home loan sourcing, coordination, and processing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with builder sales teams, customers, and banking partners to ensure smooth and efficient loan disbursement.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with builder sales teams to source and collect home loan applications/files.
- Engage with customers to explain loan requirements and assist in documentation collection as per bank guidelines.
- Regularly visit builder offices to generate leads and maintain robust business relationships.
- Act as a single point of contact between customers, banks, and internal processing teams.
- Coordinate with internal loan processing teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of applications.
- Liaise with banking partners for smooth loan processing, approvals, and disbursement.
- Track application status and proactively resolve issues or delays in the loan process.
- Maintain proper records and ensure compliance with company and banking policies.
